DIETER RAMS = Braun
Inspired by the Bauhaus, Dieter Ram was the lead designer for german company BRAUN, creating elegant, functional enduring design for a host of functional objects which we still admire today. The first portable transistor radio (think ipod) stereo systems, calculator, kitchen appliances, etc. (Yes, our wonderful juicer machine, coffee grinder. Please buy any Braun that you come across at yard sales.) This is Briggs' hero.
