Dear Sophie -
Jack Lenor Larsen's LONGHOUSE RESERVE in East Hampton is one of my favorite gardens and art viewing experiences. As you stroll among the 16 acres, the garden features rooms that are composed of grasses, redwoods, tropicals, lilypads, boxwoods and bamboo. There are dells, lawns, paths and pavilions. Each are populated by different works of art including DE KOONING, PAOLO SOLERI, blue CHIHULY reeds and a white YOKO ONO chess set.
A special place for a pleasant stroll.
